Raspberry Chocolate Cheesecake Pie - FLIPPED
This is the picture that started this blog... Upon seeing this picture, My good friend Cheryl suggested I start a blog because she is looking for support starting her journey with Trim Healthy Mama. I have always thought about starting a blog showcasing all the yummy food we eat on THM - it seems too yummy not to share and inspire. I often say "how can we eat this way and be in the best shape of our lives?" But it's true.
And that includes this delicious dessert. It's a raspberry chocolate cheesecake pie. Low Carb, sugar free and good for you!
As you can see in this picture, I flipped the chocolate and raspberry layers. this makes it easier to slice and I think it looks prettier.

THM Tweaks: Use 1 tsp of glucomannan in place of the cornstarch; use xylitol or erythritol in place of sugar (same amount); and use 85% chocolate (I LOVE trader Joe's!)
