<------- Check out the color!!!
I hope the title of this post did not scare you away! Earth Milk is a very black and white subject in the book it seems... You either like it or you don't. Some make it and some refuse. The past few times I made this, I was less than impressed. I would chug it down in the name of good health and getting lots of greens into my body quickly and efficiently. But tonight, something magical happened. It tastes AMAZING!
In my effort to create something for breakfast on my early mornings during the week that I can take with me when there'e no time to eat and I can't just scarf down a banana like my kids do, I pulled up my sleeves and gave this one more go.

The recipe in the book leaves a few ingredients up to the creator's discretion, which I think led to my past lacklustre batches. So, here I will give you my magical successful tweaks so you too can hopefully fall in love with this green beast!
I followed the basic recipe in the book with these specifications:
- Use all spinach (the book advises against using all spinach but it's all I had)
- Used individually packaged green tea bags with matcha from costco. I sprinkled the matcha powder into the blender and brewed the green tea as normal.
- Two doonks of THM pure stevia extract powder (seriously this stuff is in a league of it's own!)
- 8 turns of the costco himalayan pink salt grinder.
- 4 tbsp of coconut oil
- 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein isolate
The rest of the ingredients and instructions are in the BOOK!
I hope you'll try it this way and fall in love with EARTH MILK! Cheers!
