I made an amazing butter chicken dish tonight for dinner. It started by marinating chicken breast in Greek yogurt, ginger, garlic , and tandoori spice.
Then making the sauce: crushed tomatoes, onions, garlic, ginger, and spices. once this cools, you puree it into a smooth delicious sauce.
Finish by cooking the chicken after it has marinated for a few hours and then add it to the pureed sauce and add cream and more spices! we served it over spaghetti squash to keep it in S territory. if you serve this with Brown rice, it would be a crossover.
